Minihane’s Irish Pub and Restaurant Brings Ireland to Elkton
Maryland’s most authentic Irish Pub, Minihane’s Irish Pub & Restaurant, is located in downtown Elkton. Minihane’s Irish Pub and Restaurant’s renovated the former Howard House restaurant, which dates back to 1883, and added exposed historic brick walls, large windows to let in natural light, a brand new bar, a working fire place and a variety of new seating options.
Minihane’s offers fresh seafood along side traditional Irish pub grub like shepherd’s pie and fish and chips. It’s also the only place in town to get a proper pour of Guinness beer and traditional Irish coffee with house-made whipped cream. Minihane’s hosts Irish folk and rock bands on weekends and is planning events like an oyster festival and Guinness Pint Night.
